Papal Audience And St. Peter’S Basilica Guided Tour

Attending a Papal Audience and listening to the musings of the Pope is a truly special experience. This visit, combined with a guided tour of St. Peter’s Basilica, will share the traditions and teachings of the Catholic church. The Papal Audience takes place on Wednesdays, in line with the Holy See's calendar. After greeting your guides at the meeting point, you will enter the historic church, ready to watch as the Pope makes his way to the stage. Your invitation to the Papal Audience means you will take part in the weekly gathering that typically includes prayers, blessings, and a homily. During the experience, you can be blessed by the Pope. After the Papal Audience, you will embark on a guided tour of the magnificent St. Peter’s Basilica, often considered the most important church in the Catholic faith. Gaze up at the grandeur of Renaissance architecture and sculptures, including Michelangelo’s breathtaking Pietà sculpture and Bernini Baldacchino's intricate carved canopy.
