Krishnayan Annadaan – Serving Food With Compassion

Food is one of the basic needs of every person, and sharing food with someone who is hungry is a simple yet meaningful act of kindness. In Sanatan Dharma, Annadaan has a special place as a form of charity and seva. Krishnayan carries this spirit forward by supporting food distribution and community service initiatives for people who need nourishment and care. Annadaan means offering food to others with a spirit of service. A meal can provide more than physical nourishment; it can also bring comfort, dignity, and hope to someone going through a difficult time. At Krishnayan, Annadaan is connected with the belief that no person should have to remain hungry when food can be shared. The initiative supports fresh and hygienically prepared meals for different groups, including saints, sadhus, Brahmins, needy children, poor families, pilgrims, and other people facing difficult circumstances.
