Ever Increasing Hoa Fees In On Top Of The World Ocala Florida

lord knows how many millions of dollars colen got when he sold the 1500 acres to pulte homes for the del webb stone creek development off of 80th, and the land for brookdale,bridgewater,canopy oaks,shoppes@ocala, but all colen does is raise up the HOA fees yearly while he builds 1000's of homes,builds a 24 million dollar aquatic center in calesa,a 10 to 20 million dollar charter school in calesa with no problem,a church with no problem.guess colen must think that residents must fall for his excuses and stories and bull for raising up the HOA fees yearly with building over 30 million dollars worth of structures in calesa with no problem! what really was real slick and underhand is when colen put in water meters and started charging for water and sewer when that was included in the fees,but colen just bypassed what was in writing and screwed people with the meters,and water and sewer charge then.and colen charges one of the highest rates for water in ocala. don't trust anything that you have in writing,because colen doesn't care,he'll just override that and do what he pleases. when your looking for a place to move into,look elsewhere!!!!!your wallet and budget will thank you!!!without yearly HOA fee increases!!!!! also if a resident lives in a land lease residence where colen owns the outside of the residence,colen makes the resident pay for the roof when it's time for replacement,even though the outside belongs to colen! that's a really low and cunning and devious slick business practice!and great way of screwing the residents. so watch out what community you move into before your slapped with a bunch of extra costs! also on top of the world is not all one common area.if you live in some communities your resident card doesn't work in some of the clubhouses.but for some reason people that live in those areas,their resident card can be used in more clubhouses.also your bar code reader on your vehicle does not work in all places!colen has created a segregated on top of the world !and people that live over in indigo have to pay to use the amenities inside of on top of the world yearly! Residents also complain about the basic cable provided saying it is pretty much a joke for the channels provided in on top of the world, considering the high monthly HOA fees So before you move into any 55 plus community check and see what they're going to do for you for what you pay monthly and how often they increase the HOA fees and what all is included in the HOA payment especially if you're in a land lease structure where the outside is owned by Ken colen
