27 Years At One Job, Then One Wild Road Trip

She was tired. Mentally and physically. That's how my story opens. 27 years as a Regional Sales Supervisor. A coworker who quit and was never replaced. Managers with competing priorities. Running on empty and calling it normal. Then came a road trip in August 2020. A moving truck, my hubby, three dogs asleep in the back seat... and a moment at the wheel I'll never forget. It's all in The Backstory of Lady BioHack. There's a bold promise I made a year earlier, a UPS truck stakeout, and the exact day everything clicked into place. (The universe has a sense of timing.) If you've ever stayed too long somewhere because nobody else could do what you did, this one's for you. It's part of my Performance Blogging Story Universe, where new characters keep showing up.
